Our story
Based in North Carolina, Paint Must Be Nice was founded on a simple principle: every surface deserves meticulous care, premium materials, and a finish built to endure. My name is David Sanchez; I am the owner of Paint Must Be Nice. I take pride in being personally involved in our projects from start to finish. For me, this business is about more than painting, flooring, or improving a home- it's about earning your trust, delivering quality work, and creating results you can feel good about for years to come. Learn how we bring lasting beauty to homes and businesses through specialized epoxy flooring and painting.
Built on precision and passion
We started Paint Must Be Nice with a dedication to true craftsmanship. Whether transforming worn garage floors into seamless epoxy masterpieces or revitalizing your home's interior and exterior walls, we believe high standards speak for themselves. We prepare every surface thoroughly so your final look stays fresh for years to come.
Durability meets modern design
Quality is never an accident—it is the result of intention and careful technique. We source high-grade epoxy resins and top-tier paint brands to guarantee durable, fade-resistant, and chip-proof results. From residential living spaces to heavy-duty floor coatings, our focus remains on delivering clean lines and durable finishes that elevate your property.
A client-first approach
Clear communication, honest timelines, and respect for your space define how we operate. As a local North Carolina business, building genuine relationships with our neighbors is just as important as the work we leave behind. We take the time to understand your vision before we ever open a can of paint or mix an epoxy base.
